I bet that most of you have at some point felt the impulse of starting a journal. And probably some of you still keep doing it. I must confess that I've started more than once, but my attempts never lasted too long. The longest I kept at it was in my early teens, when I managed to fill two whole notebooks. But they are so full of teenager angst I think I'd rather set fire to them.

Lately I have been following some very inspiring blogs and journals, and changed my point of view on why to keep a journal. Why not focus in pleasant and everyday things instead of in all that angst? In the future, that certainly will be more interesting (and less shameful) to read by me or whatever offspring I may have.

So at the moment I'm keeping a sketchbook and I also started a journal for my ramblings and everyday stuff...let's see how long it lasts!

I'd like to share some links with you...

The trigger of everything was the blog of talented artist Keri Smith The Wish Jar.

Then I discovered The Moonlight Chronicles by Dan Price. You can see an interview to him here.

And you can see here what a group of artists have done with their Moleskine sketchbooks. Getting a Moleskine might be a bit posh, but seriously, they are great and they have the most amazing smell...

And now to something completely different...

Please read this, because biofuels are not the answer. More people should know about this now that everyone is talking about climate change. Spread the word!

Some inspiring people...

Me ha gustado mucho tu galería, aunque no he tenido excesivo tiempo para verla a fondo como me habría gustado (me voy ya)... de todas formas te hago un watch para ver tus cosas nuevas ^^

Me gusta especialmente Lendal Bridge :aww:

¡Muchas gracias por el watch! Últimamente estoy poco productiva, asi que ver que a la gente le interesa mi galería me anima a pintar más a menudo de nuevo... ¡Gracias!
